3. Submissions And Content Responsibility

You are responsible for launch content you submit, including product name, tagline, links, media, and claims. Content must be lawful, non-misleading, and must not infringe third-party rights.

4. Moderation And Enforcement

Moonshot Dock may review, limit, reject, archive, or remove content that violates these terms, platform rules, or applicable law. Moderation decisions can include internal notes and visible reason messages for affected submissions.

5. Paid Features And Billing

• Paid options may include premium launch upgrades and featured placements.
• Checkout and payment processing are handled by external payment infrastructure.
• Purchased visibility affects placement but does not guarantee votes, traffic, or revenue.

6. Platform Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, limit, or discontinue features without prior notice when required for security, maintenance, or product direction.

7. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonshot Dock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business outcomes related to launch performance.
